Our Story

Every love story begins somewhere - ours began with perfect timing that could only have been fate.

In 2021, Price was living in New Zealand, working as a rocket engineer and chasing adventure wherever it led him. When the pandemic hit, life brought him back to Texas - to the border town of Brownsville, where he joined SpaceX and began a brand-new chapter. Just two days after arriving, he decided to download a dating app, hoping to meet people and maybe make some friends.

Ana was ready to delete those apps forever. She was over small talk, awkward dates, and endless swipes - until she saw one last match: someone named Price. Something about him made her pause. She shared her number, deleted the app, and told herself, “If it’s meant to be, it’ll be.”

Two hours later, Ana's phone lit up. Price asked Ana out for drinks at Terras. Ana spent most of the night talking (as Price will happily confirm), but somehow, he didn’t seem to mind. There was something easy - an instant comfort, like we’d known each other forever. From that night on, the story unfolded slowly and beautifully. What started as a spark turned into a friendship and grew into the kind of love that feels effortless and full of magic. They became each other’s best friend, closest confidant, and the steady rock the other could always count on. They weren’t looking for each other, but somehow, found exactly who they each needed.

Though they couldn’t be more different, somehow, they fit perfectly. Ana is the loud one - the one who loves to dance, who says yes to every plan, who finds energy in a crowded room. Price is the thoughtful one - reserved, grounded, happiest by a campfire with close friends or tucked into a dive bar. Ana is drawn to art, spontaneity, and connection; Price is fascinated by space, robots, and everything that makes the world work. She taught him to see beauty in people, and he taught her to see wonder in science and nature. Two missing puzzle pieces that finally clicked into place.

They’ve supported each other through some of the most difficult and meaningful chapters - from Price’s long days (and nights) at SpaceX to Ana's transition into a new city and MBA journey - while building a life together filled with adventure and laughter: skydiving and bungee-jumping in New Zealand, chasing waterfalls in Iceland, going on safari in Tanzania, road-tripping across Tasmania, and strolling hand-in-hand through the streets of Europe.

Through every experience, their love has only grown deeper, steadier, and fuller of joy. And along the way, two worlds have blended. Their love is a meeting of cultures, families, and traditions, all wrapped in laughter, warmth, and a shared sense of home.

In June 2025, after carrying a ring through three weeks of European travels (and not proposing there…), Price finally proposed on the pink sands of Bermuda - surrounded by family, sunshine, and tears of happiness. It was the perfect ending to one adventure and the start of another.

This story began by chance, but it’s become the greatest journey - two hearts, two worlds, one forever love.
